摘要
目前,国内变压器行业纵剪分切后的硅钢片卷料存放,绝大多数都是直接摆放在地面上,占用大量的生产场地,库存余料不能实时数据共享并及时利用,有些余料因长期放置生锈而报废,造成材料浪费和资金损失。本文基于MES系统,设计提出一种悬挂式硅钢卷料立体仓库,可实现硅钢卷料自动存储、出库、上料及管理等功能,可提高空间利用率,具有便于形成先进的物流系统等诸多优点,可满足了变压器企业铁心智能制造的要求。
At present,the vast majority of the silicon steel coil material are directly placed on the ground after longitudinal slitting in the domestic transformer industry,occupying a large number of production sites,the stock surplus can not be real-time data sharing and timely utilization,and some surplus materials are scrapped due to long-term rusting,resulting in material waste and capital loss.Based on MES system,a suspended stereoscopic warehouse for silicon steel coil is proposed in this paper,which can realize the functions of automatic storage,output,feeding and management of silicon steel coil,and meet the requirements of intelligent manufacturing of transformer cores.
