摘要
矢量网络分析仪的测量误差主要包括漂移误差、随机误差和系统误差。针对漂移误差和随机误差产生的原因,给出减小误差的措施;在深入分析系统误差产生机理的基础上,从校准件选用、校准类型选择和校准质量检查方面讨论如何进行测量校准;有助于初学者理解测量误差来源、更好地进行测量校准、提高测得值准确度。
The measurement errors of network analyzer mainly include drift errors,random errors and systematic errors. The methods to reduce drift errors and random errors were given.On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of systematic errors,how to make a measurement calibration was discussed from the selection of calibration standards, the selection of calibration types and the check of calibration quality.It is helpful to understand the measurement errors, make a better measurement calibration and improve the accuracy of measurement.
