临床路径教学法在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察临床路径教学法在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中应用,探讨其教学实践和培训效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月在江苏省人民医院麻醉科参加住院医师规范化培训学员68名,随机分为实验组(临床路径教学组)和对照组(传统临床教学组),每组34人。两组学员均在麻醉科培训2个月,培训结束后通过出科考试成绩和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:实验组出科理论考试和临床操作考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学员学习积极性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组学员的教学满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:临床路径教学法可有效提高麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的教学质量,提升培训学员的积极性和满意度。 Objective By observing the application of clinical pathway teaching method in the standardized training of residents in anesthesia department,to explore its teaching practice and training effect.Methods 68 trainees who participated in the standardized resident training in Anesthesiology Department of Jiangsu People’s Hospital from May2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(clinical pathway teaching group)and control group(traditional clinical teaching group),with 34 trainees in each group.All trainees were trained for 2 months.After the training,the teaching effect was evaluated through the examination results and questionnaires.Results The scores of theoretical examination and clinical operation examination in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the learning enthusiasm in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);and the students’teaching satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01)Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching method can effectively improve the quality of standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department,and enhance the enthusiasm and satisfaction.
