摘要
随着经济发展进入新时代,部分地方普通本科高校加快向应用型转变,大力培养应用型、复合型、创新型人才,努力提高服务区域经济社会发展和创新驱动发展的能力。文章在论述质量功能展开模型与应用型人才培养模式内在关联性的基础上,研究了应用型人才需求的分解规划、应用型人才培养关键因素识别、应用型人才培养的质量屋构建等内容,探索了运用质量屋模型设计应用型人才培养质量控制的全新范式,对提升应用型人才培养质量、破解应用型人才供需矛盾等,提供了新的思路与解决方案。
As economic development enters a new era, some local undergraduate colleges and universities accelerate the transition to application, vigorously cultivate the applied, composite and innovative talents, and strive to improve the ability of serving regional economic and social development and innovation-driven development. Based on the internal relationship between the quality function deployment model and the application talent training model, this paper studies the decomposition planning of application talents, the identification of key factors in application talent training, and the construction of quality housing for applied talents. The use of quality house model to design a new paradigm for quality control of applied talents provides new ideas and solutions for improving the quality of applied talents and solving the contradiction between supply and demand of applied talents.
