摘要
我国《招标投标法》和《招标评标法实施条例》已实施多年,招投标制度在工程施工、材枓与设备采购、工程咨询服务等很多领域都得到广泛的应用。本文评标方法的分类进行了阐述,利用分析经过评审的有效最低价法和综合评分法的适用领域,提出一些更加适用于建筑领域的评标建议与措施。
China’s"Tendering and Bidding Law"and"Bid Evaluation and Evaluation Law Implementation Regulations"have been implemented for many years,and the bidding system has been widely used in many fields such as engineering construction,material procurement and equipment procurement,and engineering consulting services.This paper expounds the classification of bid evaluation methods,and uses the evaluation of the comprehensive scoring method and the applicable field of the effective minimum price method to propose some bid evaluation suggestions and measures that are more suitable for the construction field.
