摘要
目的探讨肿瘤学研究生科研能力的培养途径。方法将2017级共34名肿瘤学研究生纳入研究,从学术研究氛围、查阅文献、实验技能以及科研合作4个方面培养肿瘤学研究生的科研能力。结果培养后,肿瘤学研究生问题发现能力、文献查阅能力、论文写作能力、科研实践能力、资料分析能力、科研设计能力以及总分均高于培养前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多数肿瘤学研究生的科研能力较差,因此应从学术研究氛围、查阅文献、实验技能、科研合作等方面针对性培养肿瘤学研究生的科研能力,实现理论与实践的有机结合,引导肿瘤学研究生建立科研思维,从而促进肿瘤学的进一步发展。
Objective To explore the cultivation methods of scientific research ability of oncology graduate students. Methods A total of 34 incology graduate students in 2017 were included in the study, and the research ability of oncology graduate students was cultivated from four aspects: academic research atmosphere, literature review, experimental skills and scientific research cooperation. Results After training, oncology postgraduates'problem finding ability, literature review ability, thesis writing ability, scientific research practice ability, data analysis ability, scientific research design ability and total score were higher than those before training, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Most oncology graduate students have poor scientific research ability. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the scientific research ability of oncology graduate students from the academic research atmosphere. Establish scientific thinking to promote the further development of oncology.
