氨甲环酸在老年人腰椎融合内固定手术中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨氨甲环酸在老年人腰椎融合内固定术中使用的有效性和安全性。方法选择符合标准的单节段腰椎内固定手术患者86例,随机分为氨甲环酸组和对照组,每组43例。氨甲环酸组手术前给予氨甲环酸静脉滴注,手术结束时给予切口内局部喷洒,对照组给予应用等体积生理盐水。对比两组患者术后失血量、引流量、血红蛋白和凝血等指标的变化,比较术后并发症的发生率。结果氨甲环酸组术中、术后失血量、术后输血例数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);氨甲环酸组在术后血红蛋白、白蛋白值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在血栓、D-二聚体及切口感染等并发症发生率的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨甲环酸可有效降低老年人腰椎内固定手术术中术后失血量,且不增加不良事件的发生风险,具有一定安全性。
