摘要
利用我国403份大学生样本数据,构建创业教育影响大学生创业意愿的多重中介效应模型,探究创业教育通过创业自我效能感进而影响创业意愿的内部机制以及不同路径发挥作用的差异。结果表明:创业教育不仅可以直接影响创业意愿,还可以通过风险决策、创新效能、机会识别间接影响创业意愿,创业自我效能感的各维度在创业教育和创业意愿间所起中介作用不同。
Using 403 sample data of college students in China,this paper attempts to build a multi-mediating effect model of education on entrepreneurial intention of college students,to explore entrepreneurial education affects the internal mechanism of entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the differences of different route to work.Path analyses showed that entrepreneurial education was positively associated with entrepreneurial Intention directly and indirectly through the mediation of risk decision making,innovation efficiency and opportunity identification.Different dimensions of entrepreneurial self-efficacy play different mediating roles between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention.
