硫化氢在妇科疾病中的研究进展

摘要 硫化氢作为人体内继一氧化碳及一氧化氮之后的第三种气体信号分子,参与了心血管系统、神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统等各人体系统的生理及病理过程的调控,其在女性生殖系统中的作用机制及与妇科疾病之间的相互联系越来越受到重视。该文主要对内源性硫化氢及其在妇科疾病中的研究加以综述。 Hydrogen sulfide, as the third gas signal molecule after carbon monoxide and nitric oxide in human body, participates in the regulation of physiological and pathological processes of cardiovascular system, nervous system, respiratory system, digestive system and other human body systems. Its mechanism of action in female reproductive system and the correlation with gynecologic diseases have received more and more attention. This article reviews the research on endogenous hydrogen sulfide and its application in gynecologic diseases.
