摘要
多方协同育人是培养创新型人才的有效途径,是一流本科教育的重要内容。文章通过分析美、英两个发达国家的多方协同育人的各种举措和典型模式发现,两国均基于本国的国情推动多方协同育人,美国以市场主导下的政府引导为理念,产生了灵活多样的多方协同育人模式;英国以政府主导同时重视市场作用发挥为理念,注重吸引中小企业参与多方协同育人。通过比较两国的模式,发现政策支持、法律法规保障、资金支持、税收优惠、建立中介体系是美英两国推动多方协同育人的通用措施。最后,文章对我国多方协同育人模式提出了相关的政策建议。
Multi-party collaborative education(MPCE) is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents and an important part of first-class undergraduate education. Having analyzed the variety of measures and typical models of MPCE in US and UK, the paper finds that the two countries have promoted collaborative cultivating talents based their national conditions. The United States, led by the government under the guidance of the market, has produced flexible and diverse cooperative education models. The UK focuses on attracting SMEs to participate in multi-party collaborative education based on the concept of government leading and market playing. By comparing the two countries’ models, policy support, legal and regulatory protection, financial support, tax preference and establishment of intermediary system are common measures for US and UK to promote collaborative cultivating talents. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward based on the findings.
