摘要
大断面巷道作为现代机械化生产持续开展的必要构成要素,实现对其的有效、持续支护对生产作业安全有着积极影响。以此为着手点,针对大断面托顶煤巷不稳定区域支护进行探究。结合具体工程实际,在分析原有支护工艺不足的基础上,对顶板注浆与强力锚杆索联合加固的改良工艺做出全面分析,并对其实际应用效果做出总结。结果表明,改良后的支护方案实现了对巷道围岩变形的有效控制,为生产安全提供了有力保障。
The large-section roadway is a necessary component of the continuous development of modern mechanized production,so achieve the effective and sustained support of it has a positive impact on the safety of production operations.Taking this as a starting point,the unstable regional support for large section top coal roadway was explored.Combined with the actual engineering practice,based on the analysis of the lack of the original support technology,this paper made a comprehensive analysis of the improved process of roof grouting and strong anchor cable reinforcement,and summarized the practical application results.The results showed that the improved support scheme achieved effective control of the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway and provided a strong guarantee for production safety.
