摘要
在我国工业自动化飞速发展的背景下,变频器在各个行业得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了一种用于电梯控制系统中处理谐波及提高功率因数的方法,重点说明了通过在电梯控制系统变频器侧接入直流电抗器来降低直流回路里的谐波干扰,提高功率因数,使变频器的逆变环节稳定运行。通过对比交流输入电抗器与直流电抗器的效果,为设计人员在电梯控制系统设计方面提供参考。
With the rapid development of industrial automation in China, frequency converter has been widely used in various industries. This paper introduces a method to deal with harmonics and improve power factor in elevator control system. It emphasizes that the harmonic interference in DC circuit can be reduced by connecting DC reactor to the converter side of elevator control system, and the power factor can be improved, so that the inverter can run steadily. By comparing the effect of AC input reactor with that of DC reactor, it can provide reference for designers in elevator control system design.
