摘要
经济统一是推动两德统一的关键因素,也是西德“合并计划”研究关注的核心议题。当统一机会来临时,西德政府并没有被动地等待建立经济联盟的各项条件成熟,而是借助货币联盟的启动,创造性地在将“一步到位式”和“阶段式”方案结合的基础上向东德提供西德马克,促成两德经济统一,从而为顺利及迅速实现两德政治统一奠定了基础。
Economic reunification is at the same time the key factor in promoting the reunification of Germany and the core topic of the researches on the‘merger plan’of West Germany. When the opportunity of reunification emerged,instead of passively waiting for the conditions to become ripe for the establishment of economic union,the West German government took the advantage of the initiation of monetary union to provide West German DM to East Germany on the basis of creatively combining the‘one-step’and‘stage’schemes,so as to promote the economic reunification of the two Germanies,thus laying down the foundation for the smooth and rapid realization of the political reunification of Germany.
