摘要
目的探讨分层级护士配置及人力资源整合对儿科护理质量的影响。方法本院自2018年1月至6月期间在儿科实施分层级护士配置及护理人力资源整合,对比实施前(2017年7月至12月)、后儿科护理质量及护士工作负荷以及患儿家长满意度。结果与实施前相比,实施后儿科3个病区的护理质量均较高,护士工作负荷均较轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与实施前相比,实施后患儿家长满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施分层级护士配置及人力资源整合,明显降低护士工作负荷,提升儿科病房护理质量,提高患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of hierarchical nurse configuration and human resource integration on nursing quality in department of pediatrics. Methods The hierarchical nurse configuration and human resource integration were implemented in department of pediatrics from January to June 2018. The nursing quality, nurse working load and the satisfaction of parents before application(from July to December 2017) and after application were compared. Results After the application, the nursing quality of three wards were higher, the nurse working load was lighter and the satisfaction of parents were higher compared with before the application(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hierarchical nurse configuration and human resource integration can decrease nurse working load, increase nursing quality in ward of pediatrics, and promote parents’ satisfaction with nursing.
