摘要
在习近平总书记全面建成小康社会,坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战,确保到2020年所有贫困地区和贫困人口一道迈入全面小康社会的号召下,研究并解决好草原牧区贫困问题不仅有助于掌握草原牧区扶贫开发的规律,推动全国农村扶贫开发的实践,而且对于农牧区经济发展、社会进步,区域民族团结、加快全面建成小康社会具有重大现实意义。本文基于内蒙古草原牧区的贫困现状以及贫困特殊性对当前草原牧区贫困治理存在的一些问题进行分析,并提出了进一步推进草原牧区贫困治理的对策建议。
At the call of General Secretary Xi Jinping to build a well - off society in an all - round way, win the battle against poverty, and ensure that all poverty-stricken areas and the people in need will have enjoyed a better life by 2020, studying and solving the poverty problem in grasslands and pastoral areas will be conducive to mastering the law of poverty alleviation and development in grasslands and pastoral areas and promoting the practice of poverty alleviation and development in rural areas throughout the country. Besides, it is of great practical signifi cance for economic and social progress in agricultural and pastoral areas, regional ethnic unity, and the overall quick construction of a well-off society. On account of the status quo and the peculiarity of poverty in grasslands and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia, this paper analyzes some problems in current poverty relief, and puts forward some measures and suggestions in this respect.
