摘要
为研究新疆野苹果与绚丽海棠杂交子代叶色与叶片色素含量的关系及其生长特性,以新疆野苹果优系与绚丽海棠控制授粉杂交得到的杂交子代苗为试验材料,测定其叶色参数与叶片色素含量之间的关系,分析杂交子代的生长特性。结果表明:红叶子代(R)红绿饱和度 a及花青素含量最高,且红绿饱和度a与花青素含量呈极显著正相关(P <0.01);绿叶子代(G)叶绿素含量最高;黄叶子代(Y)中类胡萝卜素含量、黄蓝饱和度b、色彩饱和度C和亮度值L较其他2 个杂交子代相比均较高;红叶子代(R)的株高和地径的生长量明显低于绿叶子代(G)和黄叶子代(Y)。
In order to study the relationship of leaf color and leaf pigment content of Malus sieversii and Malus ‘Radiant’ hybrid offspring and its growth characteristics, the hybrid progeny seedlings in the cross of Malus sieversii optimal system with Malus ‘Radiant’ controlled pollination were used as the experimental material to determine the relationship of leaf color parameters and the leaf pigment content, analyzing the growth characteristic of hybrid progeny. The results showed that red-green saturation a and anthocyanin content were the highest in red offspring (R), and the red-green saturation a was positively correlated with anthocyanin content ( P < 0.01). The chlorophyll content of green offspring (G) was the highest. The carotenoid content, yellow-blue saturation b , color saturation C and brightness L in yellow leaf progeny (Y) were higher than those in the other two hybrid progenies. The growth of plant height and ground diameter of red leaf progeny (R) was significantly lower than that of green leaf progeny (G) and yellow leaf progeny (Y).
