摘要
针对传统NGW型风电齿轮箱在使用过程中所产生的行星轮故障进行分析,找出行星轮损坏的原因,并提出一种风电齿轮箱传动结构的改进设计。对改进设计中采用的内齿圈旋转的NW型行星传动结构、设计应满足的要求、均载措施、性能特点等进行了阐述。运行实践表明,改进设计的风电齿轮箱具有承载力高、噪声低、可靠性高、传动效率高、可维护性好的特点。
Focusing on planetary gear fault of traditional NGW type wind turbine gearbox,the fault analy-sis in the process of using is carried out,finding out why the planetary gear is damaged and an improved designof transmission structure for wind turbine gearbox is presented.The structure, design requirements, load shar-ing measures and performance characteristics of NW type planetary transmission with internal gear rotation ad-opted in the improved design are described. The operation practice shows that the improved design of wind pow-er gearbox has the characteristics of high bearing capacity,low noise,high reliability,high transmission effi-ciency and good maintainability.
