摘要
减速过程普遍存在于数控机床进给系统中,该过程转速的变化对角接触球轴承动态性能的影响甚大,然而国内外对此关注甚少。以角接触球轴承7603025为研究对象,建立了角接触球轴承的多刚体动力学模型。利用Adams软件分析了径向力、轴向力和角加速度3个工况参数对角接触球轴承减速过程中保持架的转速与质心轨迹,以及单个滚球与保持架接触力等动态特性的影响。研究结果表明,径向力的增大、轴向力的减小和角加速度的增大会导致角接触球轴承在减速过程中的滚球与保持架之间碰撞力增大,从而造成轴承打滑、保持架晃动加剧,以及保持架转速曲线波动变大。
The deceleration process generally exists in the feed system of CNC machine, and the speedchange of the process has a great influence on the dynamic performance of angular contact ball bearing, whichhas always been little noticed by scholars at home and abroad. Taking angular contact ball bearing 7603025 asinvestigation object, a dynamics analysis model of multi-rigid-body for angular contact ball bearing is estab-lished. Based on Adams software, the influence of radial force, axial force and angular acceleration on its dynam-ic characteristics in the deceleration process is analyzed, which are the speed and centroid trajectory of cage,and the contact force between rolling ball and cage. The study results show that the increase of radial force, thedecrease of axial force and the increase of angular acceleration will lead to the increase of collision force be-tween rolling ball and cage, which leads to the skidding in bearings and the shaking of cage more seriously, andthe fluctuation range of cage rotational speed curve larger.
