摘要
针对吡拉西坦原料药生产废水成分复杂、污染物浓度高且难降解的特点,采用气浮-微电解-Fenton氧化-UASB-A/O-生物滤池组合工艺对其进行处理。工程运行结果表明,在进水COD≤10 000 mg/L、NH3-N≤200mg/L、甲苯≤100 mg/L的条件下,出水COD、NH3-N和甲苯的去除率可达99.6%、97.5%、99.9%。该工艺处理效果稳定,经济效益高,可为其他制药企业废水的处理提供参考。
In view of the complex composition of the production wastewater of piracetam,the high concentration of pollutants and the difficulty of degradation,the combination process of air flotation-microelectrolysis-Fenton oxidation-UASB-A/O-biofilter is carried out. The results of engineering operation show that under the condition of influent COD≤10 000 mg/L,NH3-N≤200 mg/L and toluene≤100 mg/L,the removal rate of COD,NH3-N and toluene of the effluent could reach 99.6%,97.5%,99.9%,respectively. The process had stable treatment effect and high economic benefit,and could provide reference for the wastewater treatment of other pharmaceutical enterprises.
