汽提+反渗透膜+MVR工艺处理三元前驱体废水研究 被引量:10

摘要 三元前驱体生产过程产生的废水中,母液氨氮浓度高、盐分高,洗涤水氨氮浓度低、盐分低。传统处理工艺成本高、处理效果差,难以满足环保要求。研究了汽提+反渗透膜+MVR组合工艺处理三元前驱体废水,采用反渗透膜工艺处理洗涤水、汽提工艺处理母液水和反渗透膜浓缩液、MVR工艺蒸发结晶硫酸钠,回收废水中的钴、镍、锰金属、氨水、硫酸钠、中水和蒸馏水,可达到废水零排放、所有污染因子资源化的效果,实现绿色生产,降低废水处理成本。 Among the wastewater produced by the ternary precursor production process,there are the mother liquor with high ammonia nitrogen concentration and high salt content,and the washing water with low ammonia nitrogen concentration and low salt content. The tranditional treatment process is of high cost and poor treatment effect,and difficulty in meeting environmental protection requirements. The ternary precursor wastewater treated by stripping+reverse osmosis+MVR combined process is studied. Washing water is treated by reverse osmosis process,mother liquor water and reverse osmosis membrane concentrate are treated by stripping process and sodium sulfate is evaporated by MVR process. Zero discharge of wastewater,all pollutants resourced,green production and reduced wastewater treatment costs could be achieved by recycling Co,Ni,Mn,ammonia water,sodium sulfate,reclaimed water,distilled water.
