Mn-Ce双金属/活性炭催化臭氧化处理亚甲基蓝废水 被引量:10

Treatment of methylene blue wastewater by catalytic ozonation using Mn-Ce bimetal/activated carbon as catalyst

摘要 以亚甲基蓝(MB)为研究对象,采用等体积浸渍法制备了不同相对含量的Mn-Ce双金属/活性炭,催化臭氧化处理MB废水,并对催化剂的孔结构和表面性质进行表征。研究表明,MB的氧化降解符合准一级动力学。与单独臭氧化和单金属催化臭氧化相比,Mn-Ce双金属之间的协同作用可以促进对MB的降解活性。在20℃、催化剂投加量为0.4 g/L、pH为6、MB初始质量浓度为200 mg/L的条件下,反应时间为33 min时MB去除率可达100%,COD去除率可达76.1%。催化剂循环使用5次后仍表现良好的催化活性。 By taking methylene blue(MB) as the research object,the Mn-Ce bimetal/activated carbon catalysts with different relative contents are prepared by same volume impregnation method for the catalytic ozonation of methylene blue wastewater. The pore structure and surface properties of the catalysts are characterized. The results show that the oxidative degradation of MB is in line with pseudo-first order kinetics. The synergy between Mn-Ce bimetal could promote the degradation activity on MB as compared to single ozonation and single metal catalytic ozonation. Under the condition of 20 °C,catalyst dosage of 0.4 g/L,pH of 6,and MB initial mass concentration of 200 mg/L,the MB removal rate could reach 100% and the COD removal rate could reach 76.1% when the reaction time is 33 min. The catalyst still shows good catalytic activity even after 5 cycles of use.
