摘要
指出了在新形势、新的教育发展背景下,各地方本科院校谋求转型发展,作为教育深化改革的中坚力量的地方院校,在全面深化教育行业改革的浪潮中,需积极探索实行高等学校改革的方向与路径。以四川文理学院酒店管理专业为例,分析了酒店管理专业教育教学中存在的问题,并就如何进行教学教育改革提出了相应的建议。
With the new situation and background of education development, local universities and colleges are seeking transformation and development. As the backbone of education deepening reform, in the tide of comprehensively deepening education industry reform, the direction and path of higher education reformshould be actively explored. Taking the hotel management major of Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences as an example, this paper studies the problems existing in the education and teaching of hotel management major, and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the teaching and education reform.
