摘要
目的探讨专用垫枕在下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)患者规范化体位护理中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2017年8月至2018年3月深圳市第二人民医院血管外科收治的下肢DVT患者60例为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为对照组和观察组各30例,分别给予摇高床尾的传统体位干预、采用自行设计的下肢静脉疾病专用垫枕的体位干预,评价并比较两组患者干预后的下肢肿胀消退程度及疼痛程度。结果干预后,观察组患者的下肢肿胀消退程度及疼痛缓解程度均优于对照组患者(均P<0.05)。结论采用下肢静脉疾病专用垫枕进行下肢静脉血栓的物理治疗,可以有效促进静脉血液回流,减轻下肢肿胀、疼痛程度,提高患者卧床期间体位摆放舒适度。
Objective To explore the effect of the special pillow in standardized postural nursing for patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs.Methods By convenience sampling method, sixty patients with DVT in our hospital from August 2017to March 2018,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission,with 30cases in each group.The traditional body position intervention of raising the head of the bed was applied in the control group,and the self-designed special pillow was given to the experimental group.To evaluate and compare the degree of swelling subsidence and pain of lower limbs between the two groups after intervention.Results After the intervention,the degree of lower limb swelling subsidence and pain relief in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The physical treatment of special pillow for lower extremity DVT can effectively promote venous blood reflux,reduce the degree of lower extremity swelling and pain,and improve the comfort of patients’position during bed rest.
