摘要
为了实现电动舵机电路板小体积、低成本设计,以TMS320F28335作为主控芯片,利用其自身的捕获中断和定时中断功能,实现了电动舵机控制。首先给出电动舵机的控制策略及电机驱动原理,其次给出了电动舵机的软硬件设计方法,最后进行实验验证。输入200rpm的电机速度指令,电机能够匀速稳定运行;给定舵机的指令角度分别为1°、3°、5°、7°、9°,系统能够稳定运行在各个位置,实验结果表明该方法降低成本、减小电路板体积,使舵机稳定工作。
In order to realize the small size and low cost design of the circuit board of electromechanical actuator(EMA),TMS320F28335 is used as the main control chip,and with its capture interrupt and timing interrupt functions,closed loop control of electromechanical actuator(EMA)is realized. Firstly, control strategy of EMA and driving principle of brushless direct current motor(BLDCM)are presented. Secondly,the design method of software and hardware of EMA is given. Finally,experiments are carried out to validate the method. The motor can operate stably at a constant speed by inputting 200 rpm speed instruction. The EMA system can operate stably at all positions by the EMA command angles of 1 °,3 °, 5°,7°and 9°. Experimental results show that this method reduces costs and circuit board volume,make the EMA working more stable.
