宽输入多路输出光伏辅助电源的设计

摘要 针对传统辅助电源在输入电压升高时启动电路上的损耗较大这一不足,设计了一种低损耗启动电路,能够在电源正常工作后自动断开,使得电压输入范围更宽;针对传统辅助电源在多路输出时负载调节性能变差的问题,设计了多路输出检测电路,有效地改善了负载调节性能。为了提高系统的动态性能,设计了单极点-单零点反馈补偿电路。样机的实验结果表明所设计的电源适用于宽电压输入场合,电压纹波小,负载调节性能好。 In view of the deficiency of the traditional auxiliary power supply when the input voltage rises, the loss of the starting circuit is large,a low loss starting circuit is designed,which can automatically disconnect the power supply after normal operation,making the voltage input range wider. In view of the problem that the load regulation performance of the traditional auxiliary power supply is poor at the time of multi- channel output,a multi- way output detection circuit is designed,and the load regulation performance is effectively improved. In order to improve the dynamic performance of the system,a single- pole single-zero feedback compensation circuit is designed. The experimental results of the prototype show that the designed power supply is suitable for wide voltage input,the voltage ripple is small and the load regulation performance is good.
