基于半桥拓扑安检用X射线源灯丝电源设计

摘要 随着社会的发展,全球安全形势愈发严峻,X光安检机作为反恐、防恐的重要手段之一应用也越来越广泛。X射线管作为X光安检机的核心部件之一,其工作性能和稳定性直接影响着安检图像清晰度及对被检物的辨识度。为了提高整机性能,解决X射线管的供电稳定性问题,本文介绍了一种用于安检领域X射线管的20W灯丝供电电源。该电源采用半桥高频逆变,采用SG3526作为控制核心。通过接入160kV的X射线源系统进行测试,在输出160kV管电压,2mA管电流时,管电流纹波为0.134%,低于系统要求的1%。测试结果表明该电源绝缘可靠、输出稳定、管电流波动小,完全满足实际应用需要。 With the development of society,the global security situation is becoming more and more serious. As one of the important counter-terrorist measures,X-ray security inspection machines have been widely used. X-ray tube is one of the core parts of X-ray security inspection machine. Whether X- ray tube works stably directly affects the clarity of security inspection image and the identification of detected objects. In order to improve the performance of the whole machine,solve the power supply stability of X-ray tube,this paper introduces a 20 W filament power supply design for X-ray tube in the field of security inspection. The power supply adopts half-bridge high frequency inverter,uses SG3526 as the control core.Connecting to a 160 kV2mA X-ray source system,we achieve a 0.134% ripple of tube current,which is superior to system requirement of 1%. Test results show that the power supply has reliable insulation,stable output and small tube current fluctuation,which meets the needs of practical application.
