摘要
以西藏林芝宾馆改扩建工程为背景,介绍了其混凝土厚筏板基础采用沉降后浇带、伸缩后浇带及膨胀加强带等进行分隔,再采用分层分段浇筑、高温临界点浇筑、低温临界点收面、白天薄膜夜间棉被养护等技术措施,收到了预期的效果。监测证明:大温差条件下的混凝土浇筑采用日夜不同的交替养护方式有效地降低了水化热并保证了低温下混凝土的养护,使大温差对混凝土厚筏板成型质量及强度无太大影响,其经验可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of Linzhi Hotel in Tibet as the background,this paper introduces that the concrete thick raft foundation is separated by settlement post-pouring belt,expansion post-pouring belt and expansion strengthening belt,and then takes the technical measures of layered and sectional pouring at hightemperature critical point,by low temperature critical point surface finishing as well as by daytime thin film and night quilt curing etc.,and achieves the expected results.The monitoring proves that the concrete pouring and alternating curing methods under large temperature difference condition can effectively reduce the hydration heat and ensure the curing of concrete at low temperature,and the large temperature difference has little effect on the forming quality and strength of concrete thick raft,the experience can provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
