摘要
为解决现行儿童纺织品中重金属含量检测方法效率低下,易造成环境污染等问题,研究采用X射线荧光光谱仪,通过直接扫描法和标准曲线法,对儿童纺织品中重金属含量测定的可行性进行试验分析,并与现行标准方法的检测结果进行对比,并进行检出限、精密度和加标回收率分析等。结果显示,采用X射线荧光光谱仪方法测定结果与现行标准测定方法结果具有良好的一致性,检出限≤5 mg/kg,精密度≤5%,加标回收率在90%~105%范围内,可以满足儿童纺织品中重金属定量检测要求,实现高效快速、绿色环保检测。
To solve the problems of low efficiency and environmental pollution of current method for heavy metals detection in children's textiles,the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was used in this study,the feasibility of the method for the determination of heavy metals in textiles were analyzed,including the comparison of the test results with the current standard method,detection limit,precision and recovery,etc,through direct scanning method and the standard curve method.Results showed that determining results of the method were in agreement with that of the current standard method,the detection limit was less than or equal to 5 mg/kg,the precision was less than or equal to 5%,recovery was within the scope of 90%~105%,which meet the requirements for quantitative detection of heavy metals in children's textiles.The study shows that the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer can be used for the determination of heavy metals in children's textiles with more efficiently and quickly.
