摘要
通过收集大量传统刺绣图案、作品,提炼出适合羊绒织物数码印花的花型和图案,从整体上把握蒙古族抢针绣的风格特色;结合设计实践,总结出最合理的模拟刺绣图案风格的设计方法,利用Wilcom ES和Photoshop软件进行仿真刺绣图案设计。分析实验数据,反复进行实验以解决数码印花仿真刺绣图案的失真问题。对数据进行参数化,利用数码印花技术在羊绒织物上仿真出具有蒙古族特色的刺绣图案。
The patterns suitable for digital printing of cashmere fabrics are extracted by collecting traditional embroidery patterns to overall grasp the style and characteristics of Mongolian needle embroidery. Then, the most reasonable design of simulated embroidery patterns are summarized through a large number of design practices. Wilcom ES and Photoshop are used to simulate the design of embroidery patterns. Finally, the problem of the distortion of the simulated embroidery patterns are solved by data analysis and repeated experiments. The data is parameterized and theembroidery pattern with Mongolian characteristics is simulatedoncashmere fabrics by digital printing technology.
