晋东南3种道地药材植物根际真菌群落特性 被引量:21

Characteristics of Rhizosphere Fungal Community of Three Genuine Medicinal Plants in Southeast Shanxi Province

摘要 根际微生物与植物的生长、繁殖及代谢活动密切相关。区域气候和土壤因子决定了药用植物的道地性,而根际微生物群落的结构和功能与药用植物的关系有待研究。利用高通量测序方法分析了山西道地药材植物柴胡(Bupleurum chinese)、党参(Codonopsis piloula)和远志(Polygala tenuifolia)的根际土壤真菌群落,探讨道地药材植物根际土壤真菌群落构建的驱动机制。结果表明,土壤环境因子和植物种类(科水平)对根际土壤真菌群落结构和多样性具有显著影响。土壤pH、总氮、蔗糖酶、脲酶对根际土壤真菌群落结构的影响最大(RDA总解释率达65%),是3种植物根际土壤真菌群落构建的主要驱动因子。进一步的方差分解分析显示,植物种类对根际土壤真菌群落结构有较大的影响,解释率达27%。总之,植物种类和土壤环境是3种药用植物根际真菌群落结构和多样性的主要驱动因子,植物-土壤-微生物在土壤生态系统中协同作用,为道地中药材的生长提供了特定的生境。 The rhizosphere microorganism is close related to the growth,proliferation and metabolism of plant.Local climate and edaphic factor determine the medicinal genuine of plant,while the relationship between the structure and function of rhizosphere microorganism and medicinal plant remains unclear.In this study,the rhizosphere fungal community of plant Bupleurum Chinese,Codonopsis piloula and Polygala tenuifolia were surveyed by using high throughput sequencing,to study on the driving mechanism of assembly of rhizosphere fungal community of medicinal plant.The results indicated that both edaphic factor and plant species on family level significantly impacted on the structure and diversity of rhizosphere fungal community.Redundancy analysis indicated that soil pH,total nitrogen,sucrose,urease had most effect on the rhizosphere fungal community with total explanation 65%,as main driving factors of community assembly.Variance partitioning analysis indicated that plant species on family level had important influence on the rhizosphere fungal community with explanation 27%.In conclusion,both plant species and edaphic are main driving factors for assembly of rhizosphere fungal community.Working in coordination among plant-soil-microbes in soil ecosystem provides a specific habitat for genuine medicinal plant.
