声辐射力脉冲成像对慢性复发性腮腺炎的诊断价值探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨声辐射力脉冲成像(ARFI)技术在慢性复发性腮腺炎诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾2016年4月—2018年10月17例确诊为慢性复发性腮腺炎患者进行双侧腮腺超声弹性成像检查的结果,观察并记录ARFI技术的剪切波速度(SWV)值。结果病变侧腮腺的SWV为(3.67±0.79)m/s,健康侧腮腺的SWV为(2.35±0.44)m/s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AR FI技术在慢性复发性腮腺炎的诊断中具有很高的临床应用价值,推荐其作为一种常规辅助检查手段来评估腮腺的病变状态。 Objective Acoustic radiation force pulse imaging (ARFI)is a new sonoelastography technique, which offers a promising method for measuring tissue rigidity. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical value of acoustic radiation force pulse imaging in the diagnosis of chronic recurrent mumps. Methods A prospective study was conducted from April 2016 to October 2018,patients who received conventional ultrasound and were diagnosed with chronic recurrent parotitis underwent bilateral parotid ultrasound elastography at the same time. The shear wave velocity (SWV)of ARFI technique was observed and recorded,and the data were statistically analyzed. Results Having integrated ARFI as a diagnostic tool for chronic recurrent parotitis ,we found that the shear wave velocity of the parotid glands with chronic recurrent parotitis was 3.67 ±0.79m/s,showed a significantly higher values in comparison with the healthy parotid gland with an average shear wave velocity of 2.35 ±0.44m/s(P<0.05). Conclusion As a noninvasive technique,ARFI has been gradually used in the diagnosis of non-neoplastic diseases of parotid gland. Our study showed that ARFI has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of chronic recurrent parotitis. We recommend it as a routine auxiliary examination to evaluate the pathological status of parotid gland.
