摘要
目的观察高位复杂性肛瘘应用耻骨直肠肌保留联合括约肌间开创引流的治疗效果。方法选择我院高位复杂性肛瘘患者80例,根据抽签法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组使用耻骨直肠肌保留联合括约肌间开创引流术,对照组使用肛瘘低位切开高位挂线治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组术后第2个月、4个月肛门括约肌功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.50%,对照组为80.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论高位复杂性肛瘘患者应用耻骨直肠肌保留联合括约肌间开创引流术疗效显著,临床推广价值高。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of puborectal muscle retention combined with sphincter debridement in high complex anal fistula. Methods The high-complexity anal fistula patients in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The number of cases was 80. The time was from April 2018 to December 2018. According to the drawing method,they were divided into observation group (40 cases)and control group (40 cases). The observation group used puborectal muscle retention combined with sphincter debridement drainage,and the control group was treated with low anal fistula and high suture line. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of anal sphincter function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 2 and 4 months after operation (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 97.50%in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of puborectal muscle retention combined with sphincter debridement drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula is of high clinical application and promotion value.
