摘要
本文以水稻品种岗优725(Oryzasativa L.)为材料,研究了聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)干旱胁迫条件下外源水杨酸(SA)对水稻品种岗优725幼苗耐受性应答的影响.用蒸馏水和1mmol/L的外源水杨酸对水稻幼苗叶片进行喷雾处理,静置24h后,将H2O和SA处理后的水稻幼苗都分别置于含0%、5%、10%、15%、20%和25%聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)的木村B培养液中进行胁迫处理24h,然后取样进行生理指标的测定.研究结果表明,与H2O处理相比,外源水杨酸能显著增强干旱胁迫下水稻幼苗叶片叶绿素、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化物酶类的活性,降低了丙二醛(MDA)的含量.以上结果表明,在干旱胁迫条件下,外源水杨酸能提高水稻幼苗渗透调节能力和增强抗氧化酶类的活性,减轻和缓解干旱胁迫所带来的伤害.
The effect of extraneous salicylic acid (SA) on the tolerance responses to PEG stress in rice seedlings (Gangyou 725) was studied. Rice ( Oryza sativa L.) seedlings(Gangyou 725) were sprayed by 1mmol/L SA and H 2O, and then were stressed under 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25% PEG for 24h. The results showed that exogenous salicylic acid significantly increased the contents of relative water, cholophyll, proline and soluble sugar, and then SA also increased the activities of antioxidant enzyme species such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in rice seedlings leaves, but decreased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in rice leaves. It is proposed that exogenous salicylic acid participated in the tolerance responses to drought stress in rice seedlings, which enhanced the tolerance of rice against drought stress by regulating the activity ofantioxidant enzymes and decrease damage degree of drought stress.
