“一带一路”倡议的提出和推进是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义外交思想的重要体现。习近平对国际战略问题的重要论述的核心意涵为:统筹谋划国内外互动发展的国际战略思维与全球战略布局,通达天下的宽广战略视野与长远战略眼光,合作共赢的战略远见与实事求是的战略方针,相融相近的大国战略情怀与战略自信,人类命运共同体构建的大国战略担当精神。“一带一路”倡议的提出和实施体现了中国的大国担当精神,也是中国为国际社会提供公共产品并推动人类文明进步的重要战略举措,充分显示出中国作为文明古国与新兴大国在国际社会所具有的大国自信,还是中国为推动建设开放型世界经济贡献大国智慧和大国力量的经典例证。
The Belt and Road initiative is an important manifestation of Xi Jinping s socialist diplomatic thought with Chinese characteristics for a new era. The core implications of Xi Jinping s important exposition on international strategic issues are as follows: The first is to plan the international strategy for interactional development between home and abroad, and the global strategic layout;the second is to broaden the long-term strategic vision of the world;the third is the strategic vision of seeking win-win cooperation and the strategic principle of seeking truth from facts;the fourth is the strategic feeling and strategic self-confidence as a great power;and the fifth is the strategic commitment as a great power to a community of shared future for mankind. The introduction and implementation of the Belt and Road initiative embody the spirit of China as a great power. And it is also an important strategic move for China to provide global public goods and promote the progress of human civilization. It fully demonstrates China s self-confidence both as an ancient civilized country and an emerging power in the world. It is a classic example of China s contribution to the construction of an open world economy as well.
