摘要
目的:探讨振动训练的频率对人体能量消耗的影响,为科学健身手段提供参考依据。方法:20名四川师范大学学生(男14名,女6名)完成30、40和50Hz三个阶段的振动训练,其中每个阶段历时5min,同时使用MAX-Ⅱ气体代谢分析仪收集受试者气体代谢指标和部分生理指标。结果:(1)能量消耗方面:全身振动比无振动(NV)站立期间能量消耗均明显提高(P<0.001),这个差异与性别无关,3个频率两两之间的能耗无显著差异;(2)心率指标方面:与静止NV期相比,受试者振动期间HR增加(3~5次/min;P<0.05),其中不同振动频率的HR基本没有差异;(3)呼吸商方面:全身振动对呼吸商没有影响,在30-40-50Hz振动期间振动和静止NV测量之间无显著差异,在检验习惯性40-40-40Hz测试中振动期间振动和静止NV测量之间同样无显著差异。结论:全身振动训练可以提升参与者的能量消耗,但与振动频率的关联较弱;心率、呼吸商与振动训练频率无关联。
Objective: Exploring the effect of vibrational training frequency on body’s energy consumption to provide reference for scientific exercise. Method: 20 students(14 males, 6 females)who from Sichuan Normal University do vibrational training of three stages of 30 Hz, 40 Hz and 50 Hz, which lasts 5 minutes at every stage,meanwhile, collecting gaseous metabolism index and partial physiological index from subjects by MAX-Ⅱ utilizing analysis instruction of gaseous metabolism. Result:(1)In the term of energy consumption, the energy consumption of vibration on whole body is much more than no vibration’s(NV)(P<0.001)during the period of stand, which is cnootn sausmsopctiioatne.d( 2 w)iItnh t hgee nadsperec,ti to f ihse anrot roatbev iionudse x,d icsotinntrcatisot nto osft agmeu otfu satli ll2 NfrVe, qHueRn icnicerse aisne s3 i nf rtehqe upeenricoieds o fo snu bejneecrtg’ys vibration(3~5 times/minute, P<0.05), which is no obvious discrepancy of HR in different vibrational frequencies;(3)In the way of respiratory quotient, the vibration on whole body has no effect on respiratory quotient, there is no visible difference in the measure between vibration and static condition during the vibration stage of 30-40-50 Hz,similarly,it is no distinct difference at the test of habitual 40-40-40 Hz. Conclusion: The vibration training on whole body can foster subjects’ energy consumption but it has less connection with vibration frequency;heart rate and respiratory quotient are no associated with the frequency of vibration training.
