摘要
提高单井管道利用率,实施注水掺稀一管双用是油田节约投资提高油气采收率及降本增效的重要举措。以某油田为例,分析单井管道注水掺稀一管双用新工艺改造措施和经济效益,研究注水掺稀交替工况下腐蚀规律和防腐措施,从技术性和经济性角度探讨单井管道注水掺稀一管双用新工艺可行性。结果表明单井管道注水掺稀一管双用新工艺是一种相对经济可靠且可行的降本增效方法:注水功能和掺稀功能周期不冲突,功能互不影响,流程也可对接,工艺改造切实可行;虽然注水掺稀交替工况下单井管道局部腐蚀穿孔风险增大,但使用内衬PEX修复措施可解决该问题,防腐措施可行;综合投资回收期仅为2.06a。
To improve pipeline utilization and integrate water injection function and light oil dilution function of single well pipelines might be an important measure in oil fields,which could enhance oil and gas recovery,save investment and reach the aim of reducing cost and increasing benefit.Taking single well pipeline with two functions of water injection and light oil dilution in the station as an example,process modification and economic benefit was discussed,corrosion rules and anticorrosion method in the condition of water injection-light oil dilution cycles were studied,and feasibility was analyzed on single well pipelines with two functions of water injection and light oil dilution from the perspective of technology and economy.The results showed that new technology about single well pipelines with two functions of water injection and light oil dilution was a relatively economical,reliable and feasible measure,which could bring considerable benefit.Firstly new technology was feasible because the cycle,function and process between the injection technology and light oil dilution technology did not conflict.Secondly single well pipelines liner PEX could avoid the increasing risk of local corrosion and the relevant corrosion problem was solved.Finally its payback period was only about 2.06 a.
