摘要
针对当前日盲紫外光通信中低压汞灯采用二进制频移键控(2FSK)调制传输速率低的问题,提出了一种利用多进制频移键控(MFSK)对低压汞灯调制的方案.探测器采用紫外增强型雪崩光电二极管(APD),实验系统采用四进制频移键控调制低压汞灯,每个码元传输2比特的信息,实现低压汞灯最大调制速率为15 kHz,最大传输速率达到30 kb/s,较二进制频移键控调制成倍地提高了低压汞灯的传输速率.
Aiming at the low transmission rate of low-voltage mercury lamp modulated by binary frequency shift keying (2FSK) in solar blind ultraviolet communication, a scheme of modulating low-voltage mercury lamp by multi-band frequency shift keying (MFSK) is proposed. The detector uses ultraviolet enhanced avalanche photodiode(APD). The experimental system uses the qu- aternary frequency shift keying to modulate the low-voltage mercury lamp. Each symbol transmits 2 bits of information. The maximum modulation rate of the low-voltage mercury lamp is 15 kHz and the maximum transmission rate is 30 kb/s. Compared with the binary frequency shift keying modulation, the transmission rate of the low-voltage mercury lamp is doubled.
