摘要
本文介绍了现有隔膜泵工作原理以及存在的诸多问题,提出一种新型的隔膜泵动力端结构。新型隔膜泵动力端采用全液压控制系统,通过液压缸直接驱动隔膜泵活塞缸,实现直线往复运动,新型隔膜泵动力端具有流量脉动小、结构简单、节能等优点,同时解决了传统隔膜泵的成本高、流量脉动大,进出料单向阀寿命短的问题。
This paper details the working principle and many problems of existing diaphragm pump. A new type of diaphragm pump power end structure is proposed. The new diaphragm pump power is using full hydraulic control system, which directly drives diaphragm pump piston cylinder through hydraulic cylinder to realize linear reciprocating motion. The new diaphragm pump power has the advantages of small flow pulsation, simple structure and energy saving, and solves the problems of traditional diaphragm pump such as high cost, large flow pulsation, short life of inlet and outlet check valves.
