摘要
目的探讨醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮治疗酒精依赖并精神障碍住院患者的疗效。方法选取214例酒精依赖并精神障碍住院患者为研究对象,按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组107例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上以醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮治疗。比较两组患者简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、酒精依赖戒断综合征(AWS)评定量表评分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后两组患者BPRS、AWS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合络酮治疗酒精依赖并精神障碍住院患者疗效显著,可以改善酒精依赖戒断综合征,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection combined with naloxone for treating hospitalized patients with alcohol dependence and mental disorders. Methods A total of 214 hospitalized patients with alcohol dependence and mental disorders were enrolled as subjects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the consulting order,with 107 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing Injection combined with naloxone on the basis of routine treatment.The scores of the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and the Alcohol Withdrawal State(AWS) Rating Scale as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the BPRS and AWS scores decreased in the two groups,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(all P <0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing Injection combined with naloxone has a significant efficacy for treating hospitalized patients with alcohol dependence and mental disorders,which can improve alcohol- dependent withdrawal syndrome and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.
