生物菌肥对中型土壤动物群落结构的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Bio-fertilizer on Community Structure of Soil Mesofauna

摘要 为分析生物菌肥对土壤生态系统的影响并更好地利用生物菌肥,采用田间定点试验的方法,设置施生物菌肥样地、施化肥样地、不施肥样地3个处理,并分3次进行中型土壤动物群落结构调查。结果表明,3次取样共获得中型土壤动物个体数量1289头,隶属于线虫动物门、环节动物门、节肢动物门3门,5纲,11目。施生物菌肥样地中型土壤动物个体数量合计多于不施肥、施化肥样地,施生物菌肥样地中型土壤动物类群数量合计低于不施肥、施化肥样地。施生物菌肥样地棘跳科动物个体数量明显高于不施肥、施化肥样地,而施生物菌肥样地双翅目幼虫个体数量明显低于其他2种样地。除7月施生物菌肥样地表层获得的中型土壤动物个体数量少于下层外,其他样地的个体数量均表现出表层多于下层的特征,各处理样地中型土壤动物类群数量垂直结构并未表现出表聚性特征。不同处理样地中型土壤动物个体数量随取样时间表现出明显的变化,呈现出9月>8月>7月的特征,方差分析显示,不同取样时间各处理样地中型土壤动物个体数量差异极显著(F=163.952,P<0.01),而不同取样时间中型土壤动物类群数量(F=1.246,P=0.353)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(F=1.990,P=0.217)、Simpson优势度指数(F=2.039,P=0.211)、Pilou均匀度指数(F=4.866,P=0.055)及Margalef丰富度指数(F=0.534,P=0.612)差异均不显著。 In order to analyze the effect of bio-fertilizer on soil ecosystem and for the better use of bio-fertilizer,the field test methods were used to survey the community structure of soil mesofauna in bio-fertilizer,chemical fertilizer and non-fertilizer application plots.Three time sampling investigations were conducted on the soil mesofauna.The results showed that,a total of 1 289 soil mesofauna individuals were captured,which belonged to 3 phyla of Nematoda,Annelida and Arthropoda,5 classes and 11 orders.The sum of individual number of soil mesofauna in bio-fertilizer application plot was higher than that of non-fertilizer and chemical fertilizer application plots,while the sum of group number of soil mesofauna in bio-fertilizer application plot was less than that of the other two plots.The individual number of Onychiuridae in bio-fertilizer application plot was much higher than that in chemical fertilizer and non-fertilizer application plots,but the individual number of Diptera larvae in bio-fertilizer application plot was lower than that of the other two plots.The individual number of soil mesofauna in the upper layer was higher than that of the under layer,except for the bio-fertilizer application plot in July.The vertical structure of soil mesofauna group number did not show the characteristics of surface aggregation.The individual number of soil mesofauna of different sample plots had obvious discrepancy at different sampling time,showing September>August >July.The analysis of ANOVA showed that,individual number of soil mesofauna had extremely significant difference at different sampling time ( F =163.952, P <0.01).The group number( F =1.246, P = 0.353 ),Shannon-Wiener diversity index( F =1.990, P =0.217),Pielou evenness index( F =4.866, P =0.055),Simpson dominance index( F =2.039, P =0.211)and Margalef richness index( F =0.534, P =0.612) had no significant difference at different sampling time.
