摘要
针对转向架构架上的螺纹孔质量问题频发现象,设计了一种螺纹孔替代方案,采用螺栓孔替代螺纹孔。应用实例表明该方案可以解决螺纹孔带来的各种质量问题,可大幅降低返修成本。
In view of the quality problems frequently taking place in the crew holes in bogie frames,an alternative plan for the crew holes is designed, and the bolt holes are used to replace the screw holes. The practical examples in application show that the various quality problems caused by the screw holes can be solved with the plan, and the cost of repair can be reduced greatly.
