过滤顺序对水萃取法测定纺织品甲醛含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 水萃取法测定纺织品甲醛含量时会遇到萃取液及显色液浑浊的情况,浑浊物可能会产生干扰,影响结果的准确性。为了得到较为准确的结果,本文采用过滤法消除实验中的干扰元素,并针对不同的过滤顺序,比较先过滤后显色与先显色后过滤两种方法所测得的甲醛含量。实验表明,先显色后过滤这一方法所测得的结果准确度高,稳定性好,在实验室有很好的推广作用。 In the determination of formaldehyde content in textiles by water extraction method,would meet the cloudy situation of extraction and color liquid, turbidity may may produce interference and affect the accuracy of the results. In order to get more accurate results, The article eliminate the interference elements of the test by using filtration, according to different filter order,comparative analysis of formaldehyde content measured by two methods,first filtered color and color before filtering. Test shows that the first color filtering method got more accurate and more stable results,It would be a very good promotion effect in laboratory.
