摘要
在农业气象服务和农村气象灾害防御“两个体系”建设工作,直通式气象服务是重要组成部分,开展气象直通式为农服务可从气象为农服务保障机制,加强气象基础设施建设,不断丰富气象为农服务产品、开展针对性服务,发挥基层气象信息员队伍作用等方面开展工作。通过直通式气象为农服务,服务信息发布渠道不断拓宽、服务保障作用更加突出,农业发展信心增加,最大程度地减轻了自然灾害造成的损害。以昌平区气象局为例分析了近年来开展的直通式气象服务工作情况和取得的主要成效,并就进一步提高直通式气象服务水平提出了对策和建议。
Direct meteorological service for agriculture is an important component in the meteorological service for agriculture and rural meteorological disaster prevention. To carry out direct meteorological service for agriculture, we can strengthen the construction of meteorological infrastructure, enrich meteorological service products continuously, carry out targeted service, and give full scope to the meteorological information members. Service information dissemination channels have been widened, service security role has been more prominent, agricultural development confidence has increased, and the damage caused by natural disasters has been decreased to the greatest extent through direct meteorological service for agriculture. Taking Changping Meteorological Bureau as an example,we analyzed the work and main achievements of direct meteorological service in recent years,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures for further improving the level of direct meteorological service.
