摘要
[目的]明确安徽省小麦品种对赤霉病的抗性水平和发展趋势。[方法]采用人工接种鉴定方法研究安徽省128个主栽品种对赤霉病的抗性,分析安徽省品种审定标准执行后小麦品种对赤霉病的抗性发展趋势,并对阜阳、亳州、宿州等主产区展示品种小麦赤霉病自然发生情况进行分析。[结果]在参试的安徽省主栽小麦品种中,无对小麦赤霉病抗病品种,淮南片品种的抗性总体高于淮北片,42个淮南片品种中中抗和中感品种分别占14.3%和85.7%;淮北片品种中中抗比例为12.8%,中感占75.6%。2017、2018与2011和2012年相比,安徽省参加审定小麦品种对赤霉病的抗性水平明显提高,中感以下品种比例下降。3个试验点参展小麦品种国审与省审感病、中抗品种比例无显著差异,但4个主要育种地参试小麦品种中河南省参加展示品种对小麦赤霉病感病(S)的比例最高,为68.75%,其次为山东、安徽和江苏。[结论]品种抗性与审定地相关性不大,与育种地有一定的关系。
[Objective] To clarify the resistance level and development trend of wheat varieties to scab in Anhui Province.[Method] The resistance of 128 main cultivars to scab in Anhui Province was studied by artificial inoculation identification method,and the resistance development trend of wheat varieties to scab after the implementation of the Anhui Provincial Variety Examination Standard was analyzed.The resistance of wheat varieties displayed in Fuyang,Bozhou,and Suzhou was also discussed.[Result]Among 128 main wheat varieties tested in Anhui Province,there were no varieties resistant to wheat scab.The resistance of varieties in Huainan was higher than that in Huaibei.Among 42 varieties in Huainan,the proportion of middle resistance and middle susceptibility varieties were 14.3% and 85.7%,respectively.The proportion in Huaibei were 12.8% and 75.6%.The resistance level of wheat varieties to scab increased significantly in Anhui Province in 2017-2018,compared with 2011 and 2012,and the proportion of varieties below moderate susceptibility decreased.There was no significant difference in the proportion of susceptible and moderately resistant wheat varieties among the three test sites,but among the four main breeding sites,the proportion of susceptible wheat varieties in Henan Province was the highest (68.75%),followed by Shandong,Anhui and Jiangsu.[Conclusion] There is little correlation between cultivar resistance and the place of approval,and a certain relationship between cultivar resistance and the breeding place.
