巷道掘进工作面压抽混合式通风下降尘技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为有效降低回坡底矿东一采区胶带延伸巷掘进工作面的粉尘浓度,通过建立压抽混合式通风数值模拟模型,对压抽风筒距离掘进工作面距离的最优组合方式进行研究,基于数值模拟结果结合掘进工作面具体情况对防尘技术方案进行具体设计,并通过布置测尘点验证防尘效果。结果表明:压入式风筒距离掘进工作面7m,抽出式风筒距离工作面3m时最利于降尘,防尘措施实施后,有效降低了工作面的粉尘浓度,保证了作业人员的身心健康。 In order to effectively reduce the dust concentration in the driving face of the belt roadway in the Dongyi mining area in Huipodi Coal Mine,the optimal combination method of the distance between the driving face and the working face of the tunnel is studied by establishing the numerical simulation model of the mixed shaft ventilation type,based on the numerical simulation results combined with the excavation work.Specifically,the dustproof technical solution is specifically designed, and the dustproof effect is verified by arranging the dust measuring point.The results show that the press-in air duct is 7 m away from the working face,and the pull-out type air cylinder is the most conducive to dust reduction when it is 3 m away from the working surface.After the dust-proof measures are implemented, the dust concentration of the working surface is effectively reduced,and the physical and mental health of the workers is ensured.
