摘要
文章以河北省农林科学院石家庄果树研究所科研基础条件提升建设为例,介绍了其国家梨改良中心实验室条件提升、国家农业产业技术体系一岗四站基础建设、实验地重新调整划分等科研基础条件建设情况,总结了科研基础条件提升建设的经验和成效,提出了重视基础条件建设、统筹安排、加强管理等加强科研基础条件提升建设的建议。
Taking the improvement of basic research conditions of Shijiazhuang Pomology Institute of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example, the improvement of research conditions of the National Pear Improvement Center Laboratory, construction of one expert post and four experimental stations of the National Agricultural Industry Technology System, the adjustment of the fruit tree experimental park, and the construction effects of the basic research conditions and institute appearance were introduced in the paper. The experiences and effects of improving the basic research conditions were summed up, and suggestions of paying attention to the construction of basic conditions, overall arrangement, and strengthening management were put forward in the paper.
