摘要
目的探讨电子追溯系统联合纸质记录单在消毒供应中心质量控制与管理中的应用效果。方法消毒供应中心自2018年7月起运用电子追溯系统联合纸质记录单进行消毒器械监测管理。收集2018年1月—6月(实施前)消毒供应中心328套器械消毒灭菌资料,收集2018年7月—12月(实施后)消毒供应中心345套器械消毒灭菌资料。观察实施前后器械清洁合格率、灭菌合格率,评价护理人员对消毒供应中心服务质量的满意程度。结果实施电子追溯系统联合纸质记录前,器械清洁合格率 91.77%、灭菌合格率90.24%,实施后分别为95.65%和100.00%,均较实施前提高,且灭菌合格率显著提高(P<0.01)。实施前后分别抽取75名和80名护士参与调查,实施电子追溯系统联合纸制记录后,护士对消毒供应中心打包合格、灭菌质量、流程规范、工作效率及总分的评价均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论消毒中心供应室实施电子追溯系统联合纸制记录,对于提高器械清洗合格率、灭菌效果合格率,改善护理服务质量具有积极作用。
Objective To evaluate the electronic tracking system combined with paper records in quality control and management in the Sterilization and Supply Center(CSSD). Methods A electronic tracking system combined with paper recordshad been used in quality control of sterilizing instruments in CSSD since July 2018. The qualified rates of cleaning and sterilizing 328 sets of instruments collected before application of electronic tracking system(Jan to June 2016)and 345 sets of instruments collected after application of electronic tracking system(July to December 2018)were analyzed. The satisfactorydegree of nurses on quality of service in CSSD was evaluated before and after application of electronic tracking system. Results There were significant increases in qualified rates of cleaning(91.77% vs. 95.65, P>0.05)and sterilizing(90.24% vs. 100.00%, P<0.01). There were 75nurses and 80 nurses who participated in the server before and after the application of electronic tracking system, respectively. Outcomes of the survey showed that nurses were satisfied with the packing system, quality of sterilizing, standard procedure, working efficacy in CSSD(P<0.01). Conclusion The electronic tracking system combined with paper records can effectivelyimprove the quality of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of medical instruments.
