摘要
目的探讨应用液体敷料对预防光照疗法(光疗)引发的新生儿红臀的效果。方法诊断为新生儿高胆红素血症的足月新生儿180例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各90例。对照组采用氧化锌软膏护理臀部,观察组采用3M液体敷料护理臀部。观察2组新生儿红臀发生情况。结果观察组新生儿红臀发生率为3.33%(3/90),低于对照组的11.11%(10/90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论液体敷料能有效降低光疗引发的新生儿红臀的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of 3M Cavilon liquid polymer dressing in preventing neonatal diaper dermatitis caused by phototherapy. Methods Totally 120 full-term neonates with phototherapy for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 90 cases in each group. The zinc oxide ointment was used for skin care in the control group, and the 3M Cavilon liquid polymer dressing was used in the observation. Results The incidence of neonatal diaper dermatitis was 3.33%(3/90)in the observation group, which was lower than 11.11%(10/90)in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The liquid polymer dressing is potentially effective to reduce the risk of neonatal diaper dermatitis caused by phototherapy.
