摘要
目的了解留学生就医满意度现状,分析影响因素。方法采用便利抽样方法选取上海中医药大学和上海纽约大学在读的外籍留学生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和门诊患者满意度量表调查留学生就医满意度情况。结果发放问卷226份,有效回收220份,有效回收率97.35%。留学生就医满意度各维度得分从高到低依次为服务环境、服务技术、医疗费用、服务态度、服务效率。不同留学时间、不同汉语能力和有无宗教信仰是影响外籍留学生就医满意度的因素(P<0.05)。结论应尊重留学生宗教文化与生活习俗,增加沟通和交流,通过多种方式帮助留学生获取更好的就医体验。
Objective To investigate the current status of satisfaction with medical service among international students in Shanghai, China, and analyze related influencing factors. Methods Totally 226 international students from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and New York University Shanghai were selected. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the general information and degree of satisfaction with medical service among international students. Results A total of 226 questionnaires were sent out and 220 ones were retrieved with the effective rate of 97.35%. The highest scoring factor was service environment, followed by service technology, medical costs, service attitude and service efficiency. The duration of studying, Chinese language proficiency and religious beliefs were influencing factors of students' satisfaction with medical service(P<0.05). Conclusion The religions, culture and living habits of international students should be well considered. It is required to enhance the communication with international students, and improve their satisfaction with medical service in Shanghai, China.
