摘要
为了改善大众EA888发动机的性能,对其采用加载低压EGR系统进行研究。首先利用GTPOWER软件建立发动机仿真模型,通过模拟数据与实验数据的对比,验证了模型的准确性;然后在模型中加载外部低压EGR系统,使其在不同的转速下得到相应的压缩比、燃油经济性,排放性能的仿真数据,并进行结果分析。结果表明:在EA888发动机中加载低压EGR系统后,在保持动力性的前提下,排放情况得到了很大的改善,NOX的排放量大幅度下降;随着EGR率增加,发动机的燃烧持续期增加,缸压峰值和燃烧相位也发生了改变,燃油消耗率下降。
In order to improve the performance of the Volkswagen EA888 engine, low - pressure EGR system was loaded on the engine for research. First, a model by GT-POWER was built. By comparing the simulated data with the experimental data, the accuracy of the model was verified. Then, the external low-pressure EGR system was loaded into the model to obtain the corresponding simulation data of compression ratio, fuel economy, and emission performance at different speeds. And the results were analyzed. The results indicate that under the premise of maintaining power, the emissions have been greatly improved, and the emissions of NOx have been greatly reduced;With the increase of EGR rate, the combustion duration of engine increases, the peak of cylinder pressure and combustion phase change, and consumption rate of fuel is decreased.
